Todd Fisher, Founder and CEO Of Intraprise Health, has spent over 25 years as an information technology innovator in the financial, healthcare, technology, and pharmaceutical services industries.
As the founder, Principal and Chairman of Intraprise Solutions, Mr. Fisher has specific expertise conceiving, designing, and implementing solutions that serve mission critical needs, Mr. Fisher has overseen hundreds of complex technology initiatives, as well as the development and sale of multiple products and companies. Mr. Fisher was responsible for the successful creation, growth, spinoff and sale of one of the nations first cloud-based, private Health Information Exchanges to Siemens Healthcare. Under Mr. Fisher’s management, the HIE grew to serve hundreds of health systems, tens of thousands of clinicians, and millions of patients across the United States, while consistently achieving the highest ratings in KLAS. Mr. Fisher has also served as a Communications officer in the US ARMY Special Forces and more recently as an Adjunct Professor of Healthcare Informatics at Temple University where he continues to guest lecture.
Sean Friel, President of Intraprise Health, has dedicated his 35 year career to helping healthcare organizations implement technology that improves their operations and patient care. He is recognized throughout the industry for his ability to build customer focused teams that have received industry leading customer satisfaction scores.
Most recently, Sean led rapid growth at private equity backed leading Health Information Technology companies such a Voalte and Lightning Bolt Solutions. As National Vice President of U.S. Sales for Siemens’ Healthcare IT division, his team drove sales to more than $1 billion. Prior to his 13 years at Siemens, Sean played an instrumental role in the success of Shared Medical Systems (SMS), an early leader in automating hospital systems.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Villanova University, and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Vikas Khosla, Chief Digital Health Officer of Intraprise Health, was formerly the President and CEO of BluePrint Health Information and has been responsible for guiding BluePrint through decades of exponential success.
Working in healthcare IT since 1999, Mr. Khosla developed one of the first hospital roadmaps for compliance with HIPAA Security and Privacy regulations in 2004. In 2008, building on his knowledge of hospital information workflows, Vikas and BluePrint introduced the BluePrint IT Suite of software products supporting security, compliance and health data management. In 2011, Vikas lead BluePrint through the rigorous process of becoming a HITRUST Certified Assessor organization. Since 2011, Vikas has worked with his leadership team to develop toolkits and differentiated services that streamline the advancement of client security management programs to deliver exponential return on investment for BluePrint and Intraprise Health’s clients. Vikas, serves as a subject matter expert on New Jersey’s Health IT Privacy and Security Committee, and frequently speaks on health IT issues. As a member of HIMSS, Vikas has focused on advocacy events nationally and regionally to increase legislative awareness and funding for health IT.
Jeff Fisher, a serial entrepreneur, is currently Chief Product Officer of Intraprise Health where he’s responsible for executive leadership, product management and client strategy.
Mr. Fisher has been responsible for the creation and growth of multiple companies including Intraprise Solutions and the innovative, cloud-based Health Information Exchange, MobileMD which was spun out of Intraprise in 2009 and sold to Siemens Healthcare in late 2011. Mr. Fisher rejoined Intraprise in 2015 in the capacity of Strategic Advisor to propel the Intraprise Health business line. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Fisher worked in aerospace, where he developed and deployed satellite and launch control systems for NASA, DoD, and commercial clients. Mr. Fisher also served as a Captain in the USAF as a Launch Controller for the Titan Launch System. Mr. Fisher graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and from Golden Gate University with a Masters of Science in Systems Management. In 2015, he also completed his Pennsylvania State Teacher Certification in mathematics while earning a Masters of Education from Temple University.
John Skinner, Chief Growth Officer of Intraprise Health, has spent over 25 years representing information technology solutions in the financial, healthcare and pharmaceutical services industries.
Co-founder and Principal of Intrprise Solutions, Mr. Skinner was responsible for executive leadership, marketing strategy, product position, and sales activities at Intraprise from its inception until late 2009, when he joined the company’s Health Information Exchange spinoff, as the EVP of Sales and Marketing and National Sales Director with leading record HIE sales. He has also worked in numerous health care companies including LanVision, GE Medical and Healtheon/WebMD.
Mr. Skinner graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Accounting. In addition to his work with Intraprise, he also serves as a School Advisory Board Member at Holy Trinity Interparochial School and volunteers as a CYO basketball coach. Mr. Skinner recently rejoined Intraprise in the capacity of Strategic Advisor to propel the Intraprise Health business line.
Mark Ferrari is Executive Vice President of BluePrint Health Information Security at Intraprise Health. Prior to his role with Intraprise Health, Mark was Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for BluePrint Healthcare IT. Mark’s experience also includes the Siemens Health Services Corporation’s Protected Information Management Council, management of compliance audit preparation, and information security accreditation initiatives for Siemens. Mark also held a project leadership role at a Main Line Health, a multi-hospital health system, where he led enterprise-wide clinical and financial systems implementations. Mark currently sits on the New Jersey Health Information Management Systems Society (NJHIMSS) Security and Privacy Task Force and the HITRUST Alliance Assessor Council. Prior to his involvement in healthcare IT, Mark served as an officer in the United States Air Force.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Emergency Management from the Millersville University of Pennsylvania. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP), and a HITRUST Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP). Mark is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician with over 20 years’ experience in pre-hospital care within the City of Philadelphia and its surrounding region, and is an Adjunct Instructor in the Healthcare IT program at Rowan College in Burlington County, NJ.
Neal Pason, Chief Operating Officer of Intraprise Health, has over 25 years of experience in the development, implementation and management of information technology solutions for government defense agencies and within the financial and healthcare services industries.
Prior to joining Intraprise Health, Neal oversaw the implementation engineering, consulting, hosting and support operations for MobileMD, a cloud-based Health Information Exchange platform. Together with other members of the Intraprise Health leadership team, Neal earned Health Information Service Provider accreditation, furthering interoperability capabilities for MobileMD’s customer base. Neal was directly responsible for the secure processing of over 1 million daily transactions spanning over 500 connected sites.
Upon graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, Neal served as a United States Army Aviator and Intelligence Officer with tours throughout Europe and the United States. Neal is a licensed commercial rotary and fixed-wing pilot who enjoys playing and coaching soccer.
Greg Brock, Chief Technology Officer of Intraprise Health, has over 31 years of experience in the design, development, and delivery of advanced software solutions for space, government defense, and healthcare service industries.
Joining Intraprise Solutions in 1999, Greg led the development team supporting Intraprise’s healthcare solutions-based services business. The team was responsible for the development of the first fully digital Medical Record Release of Information system, the first cloud-based Medical Coding application, and their own product, the innovative MobileMD HIE and Direct Trust certified HISP. The MobileMD business was spun out and sold to Siemens Healthcare in 2011. Greg rejoined the Intraprise team in 2017.
Prior to joining Intraprise Solutions in 1999, Greg worked for Northrup Grumman’s Xetron division, developing secure communication systems for government defense and intelligence organizations. Greg is a proud graduate of Florida Institute of Technology, where he earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering.
