George Pappas
George C. Pappas, CEO of Intraprise Health is a high-tech executive with more than 35 years of deep cross-functional experience in Sales & Marketing, Professional Services, Operations, Product Management, and R&D. Most recently Chief Customer Officer and Chief Operating Officer at DrFirst, a medication management company, George was responsible for growing the customer base to over 1,400 hospitals and 100,000 prescribers in the US and Canada.
George has a long history of working with software and services companies, bringing them from inception to high-growth stage, with sizes from $5M to over $100M in revenue, including Initial Public Offerings. Prior to DrFirst, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Motionsoft, an Edison Partners portfolio company, after serving on their Board of Directors. Earlier, he was Executive Vice President at Presidium, as well as member of their Board of Directors.
George has experience in a range of industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecommunications, US National Security Community, and Higher Education. A seasoned executive with strong regional, national, and international experience, he has led R&D teams in the US, India, Russia, Poland, and China. He is active in CHIME and a member of their CFCHE program.
George holds a patent in sales risk management and is a graduate of Boston University.
Tim Walther
As Chief Financial Officer, Tim Walther is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations and brings over 30 years of experience.
During his career, Tim has held senior financial positions at numerous technology and software firms, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for DynAgility, LLC, a leading provider of software and services solutions, and Telarix, Inc., a worldwide provider of interconnect and settlement software solutions for the global telecommunications industry.
Before joining Telarix, Tim served as Controller for Intellitactics, Inc., Director of Accounting for CareerBuilder.com, and Director of Accounting for Sterling Software’s Network Management Division. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Scott Mattila
Scott Mattila has worked in the information technology and healthcare sector for over 14 years. In that time, he has helped several integrated healthcare organizations meet their strategic goals. Including the development of sustainable programs to continue to meet their compliance, regulatory, security and IT objectives, while reducing risks to the organization.
For the last three years, Scott serves as an adjunct professor and sits on the Dean’s advisory board member at Duquesne University’s Rangos School of Health Sciences.
In his career, he has led organizations to achieve their HITRUST CSF Certifications in and outside the continental United States and SOC2 + HITRUST CSF. Scott has also supported organizations in conducting the NIST CSF assessments as a third-party assessor, self-assessor, and strategic executive advisor. The key objectives in these programs included an actionable road map for continued growth through the effective management of teams, controls, and risk posture.
Tim Denis
Tim Denis, Chief Product Officer of Intraprise Health, has 30 years of experience providing program oversight and product management for government defense and healthcare service industries.
Joining Intraprise Solutions in 2000, Tim led the division of Intraprise Solution’s healthcare solutions-based services business. Under Tim’s leadership, the division was responsible for the development of the first fully digital Medical Record Release of Information system, the first cloud-based Medical Coding application, and their own product, the innovative MobileMD HIE and Direct Trust certified HISP. The MobileMD business was sold to Siemens Healthcare in 2011. Tim rejoined the Intraprise team in 2017.
Prior to joining Intraprise Solutions in 2000, Tim was an officer in the US Air Force. His last active duty station was at headquarters US Air Force in the Pentagon where he was responsible for program oversight and management of the Air Force’s $2B+ Military Construction program. Tim earned his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, and achieved an M.S. in Business Management from Troy University.
Greg Brock
Greg Brock, Chief Technology Officer of Intraprise Health, has over 31 years of experience in the design, development, and delivery of advanced software solutions for space, government defense, and healthcare service industries.
Joining Intraprise Solutions in 1999, Greg led the development team supporting Intraprise’s healthcare solutions-based services business. The team was responsible for the development of the first fully digital Medical Record Release of Information system, the first cloud-based Medical Coding application, and their own product, the innovative MobileMD HIE and Direct Trust certified HISP. The MobileMD business was spun out and sold to Siemens Healthcare in 2011. Greg rejoined the Intraprise team in 2017.
Prior to joining Intraprise Solutions in 1999, Greg worked for Northrup Grumman’s Xetron division, developing secure communication systems for government defense and intelligence organizations. Greg is a proud graduate of Florida Institute of Technology, where he earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering.
