Follow the instructions below to resolve common issues with the HIPAA Risk Analysis.
Help! I forgot my HIPAA One Password
1. Navigate to https://login.hipaaone.com and click “forgot?”
2. Enter your email address and CAPTCHA phrase on the Account Recovery page
3. Click on the secured link to navigate to the Change Password page.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to create a new password.
The secured link can only be used once! If you still have issues, make sure your Firewall has hipaaone.com whitelisted (Your IT person will know what to do.).
If you see the screen below when you click on the email link to reset your password, just repeat the above process to receive a new secured email and link.
